Badminton is another popular sport here at Waitakere College. The college enters between 5-8 teams each year in the local Waitakere Competition held at the Waitakere Badminton Centre on Royal Road. 

The school runs 'have a go' sessions twice a week (one for juniors and one for seniors/teams) as well as bringing in outside coaches to help coach our teams.  

 Badminton is a winter sport and the fee is $50.
