Both Craig and Mark were 1st XV players here at school and played together at local club Waitematā before moving on to their successful individual playing careers in New Zealand and abroad.

After hanging up their boots, both continued their involvement with rugby coaching at various levels. They have now moved on to coaching at the highest level, Craig as the defence coach with the Blues and Mark as the attack coach with the Western Force. The pair went head to head when the Blues played the Western Force at HSB Stadium in Perth, Australia. The Blues secured the win on the day.
