Te Reo Māori Week
2020's theme was "Kia kaha te reo Māori."
The Year 9 and 10 Te reo students, supported by their kaiako, ran small events promoting the reo throughout the week, in our whare and whare pukapuka. We started with a staff kahoot on Monday and on Thursday, there was a celebration of kai Māori with kaimoana chowder and parāoa parai for all, under the bubble. He tino reka te kai! Mauri ora ki a koutou!
Tōku reo, tōku ohooho. Tōku reo, tōku mapihi maurea. Kia kaha te reo Māori!
