This week the Student Teachers from AUT and Auckland University started their first placements here at Waitakere College.

We have 8 Student Teachers here for a total of 8 weeks where they will gain valuable real-world teaching experience in the following departments: Humanities, Science, Music, Languages/ESOL, Dance/Drama, Business, Art.
