Our Kaumatua and Kuia, Warahi and Linda Paki, encouraged the new staff to share why they want to teach and be at our College. Mr Shanahan said he was humbled to hear the enthusiasm and energy they have and is excited about what they have to share with our tamariki.

With approximately 23 new staff, 18 being new teachers, the impact in our classrooms and across the culture of the College will be significant.

They embrace the values of the Waitakere Way - learning, caring and respect, and are looking forward to making a positive learning difference for all. They will join and be embraced by our teaching and staff community, who encourage our students to be the best they can be.
