This term the Medical Sciences Class had the privilege to go behind the scenes and tour around Middlemore hospital.
There were real patients around us and we got a hands-on experience of what it would be like to work in different wards. We visited the radiology lab, pharmacy labs and histology lab. Students also were lectured by professional health workers.

These trips give students an amazing hands-on experience with real-world knowledge of the medical and sciences industries.
