This term our students got the opportunity to listen to guest speakers and receive guidance on how to prepare for university. 

The purpose of this Kuata was to:

• Provide the knowledge, resources, and skills that will empower students to thrive in their first year of tertiary study.
• Provide a forum that strengthens the value of developing peer networks and support among Year 13 Health Science Academy students. 
• Expose students to the learning facilities for health professionals at the Ko Awatea Centre.
  
  

Every term this has been a fantastic opportunity for students to gain valuable knowledge and skills to prepare them for the term ahead.
