Our Circability coaches use circus as a tool for developing our students' personal confidence and physical strength.
These sessions connect people and radiate joy. They are an excellent workout for our bodies and minds. At the moment, our Circability sessions are online via zoom while we navigate the Omicron outbreak, but the Circability coaches always make it fun.
This week we focussed on spinning plates. Our students can't wait to see what activities are next in the Circability programme.
