During week 7 our Year 9 cohort had their Outdoor Education trips. Each day we took out 3-4 core classes and headed deep into West Auckland to Cornwallis Beach where our awesome Peer Mentors took them through some team building activities for the morning. 

A friendly intra-class competition saw them add a little more effort in the bid to win a chocolate fish over their peers. You can't have a trip to the beach and not go for a swim so after a sausage sizzle lunch, most of us hit the water for an afternoon dip and we even had the paddle boards out for students to have a go on. It was a great week of Outdoor Ed and as usual, our students represented our college with a lot of pride and respect.T
