Today we got to test out our brand new Hangi cooker! To fundraise for Kapahaka’s Polyfest campaign, we got almost all the kai on the cooker and out to generous kaiako/staff who placed their orders.
The smell of hangi wafting through the halls was a perfect end to Week 6 of kura.
