We are incredibly proud of Bree Gardiner for achieving a Dance scholarship. Bree worked tirelessly throughout the year with 7.30am rehearsals every Wednesday morning and writing an 18 page portfolio which is two thirds of the final grade. 

Her written portfolio was one of the most unique that we've seen here at the college. Bree combined her love of the sciences with her sophisticated understanding of choreography. Her core concept explored the internal bodily systems of meiosis and mitosis, creating a choreographic language that depicted these through clever abstraction, imaginative composition and key design choices. Whakamihi Bree and ngā mihi for all of your mahi to uplift the mana of kanikani!
