To collect your child during school time for an appointment or other reason:

Step 1. Write a note for appointment sign-out in your child's planner before school (unless of course, this is unexpected, in this case, you can phone the student centre before you arrive on 09 836 7890 press 2 ) - this ensures the Teacher is aware and gives your child enough time to get from their class to the Student Centre to meet you on time.

Step 2. When you arrive at school to meet them, go straight to the student centre not reception. Your child will meet you there and you can sign them out.
