After many, many months of hard work and rehearsal, this year's school production of The Addams Family took to the stage this week. This year's show was directed by Jordan Foulds, musical direction by Stephen Nightingale and choreography by Kate Bartlett.
The Addams Family, a modern musical, tells the story of Wednesday Addams all grown up and bringing her very "normal" boyfriend Lucas home to meet her family. Almost 60 students from years 9 - 13 make up the cast, dance troupe and backstage crew. Literally hundreds of hours of mahi have gone into putting this show together and we couldn't be more proud.
A huge thank you to everyone who supported us by being an enthusiastic audience this week. It means the world to our performing arts ākonga.
To all students involved - well done! You have made yourselves, your families, and our community proud. We hope this has been an experience you will remember forever.
