Our last Subject Report Interview date is Tuesday 25th June 2:15 pm – 4:30 pm and 5:30 – 7:00 pm

Please note: School will finish for ALL students at 1:35 pm on Tuesday 25th June. School buses will be running at normal times.

The interviews are an important opportunity for you to talk with your son or daughter’s subject teachers about their ‘up to the minute’ progress so far this year. To book these appointments talk to your child about their subjects and who their teachers are. Alternatively, subjects' and teachers’ names can be found in the attendance area on the parent portal of our website.

 Parents and students should come along to: 

• Meet the subject teachers to discuss how to further achieve.
• Reports will be posted a few days before the first interview.
• Five minute appointments should be booked with teachers by parents through our online system. Please leave a gap between interviews so you can get to your next interview on time.
• Senior students who have work placement or Unitec will still need to attend their course. Please book your appointments early so as not to miss out.

HOW TO BOOK:

Copy this code: GWUBC then go to www.schoolinterviews.co.nz/code and either paste or enter the event code GWUBC
Then follow the steps 1, 2, and 3 as below

First, enter your name, your student's name, and your email address.
(If you need to book for more than 1 student, change the "Book for x students" setting, and enter the other
students name.)

On the next page, pick the teachers you want to meet. First, pick the subject then choose from the list of teachers

Then you'll see a timetable showing when your chosen teachers are available. Simply click on the times that suit you.

When you have finished, your interview timetable will be emailed to you. you can also return to the site and enter the event code GWUBC again to change or cancel your interviews.

If you don't have internet access, please call Kay, Erin or Bobbie at the school office (phone 09 8367890 ext 0). They will be able to make a booking for you.
