We warmly welcome our new Term 2 International Students from Germany and Japan.  We have six students from Baika High School which is in Osaka, Japan and one student from Carolinum, a high school not far from Berlin. 

These students are here for one term to experience life in New Zealand as well as experience what it is like to study at a college in Auckland.  Thank you to our Waitākere College students who have stepped up to be a tutor class buddy for the international students this term. 

The homeroom teacher from Baika High School has come to New Zealand to accompany her students and she spent half a day at Waitākere College observing, she was very impressed by how friendly and caring the Waitākere College students are!
We hope our Term 2 students enjoy their time at Waitākere College and everything that New Zealand has to offer!
