What an amazing night at the Young Enterprise West Auckland awards last night. SAINT. (Sarah Opetaia and Wesley Paongo) produced an amazing pitch and definitely represented Waitākere College in the most amazing way, we should definitely be proud of them. I can not rave highly enough about what they achieved from how nervous they both were.

After the event numerous teachers, YES staff, and Judges came up and mentioned how amazing the business was, how much they have achieved and how professional their performance was. There was a very proud mum and aunty in the audience last night.

So the Results, SAINT. took out the following Awards:

 3rd for West Auckland (60 Businesses participating, over 1400 students)

 Individuals of the Year for West Auckland (won by both students)

 Excellence in Promotion Award

 Company Spirit Award

 and if that was not enough...

A National Award- that we now travel down to Wellington where they will receive the award at the national finals. We don't know which award they have won until the night.
So an amazing night overall, this continues to show how amazing our students are, we are so proud of them.
