A business created by students is going from strength to strength
SAINT. Clothing has made it into the Regional Finals for the Young Enterprise Scheme. This means they have finished in the top 8, in West Auckland, from approximately 82 businesses registered with YES.
This is a great achievement as it is calculated over 5 challenges held throughout the year, this is used to enhance their business development experience.
The proprietors of SAINT. Clothing are Sarah Opetaia and Wesley Paongo, who will be conducting a pitch at the Regional Finals on 1st November. If they are successful they will then advance to the National Finals in Wellington at the start of December.
We also had five other teams very close to the top 8 and great results for all our year 12 and 13 business students with YES this year, they should all be proud of their achievements.
Saint. is a sustainable vintage clothing line under the young enterprise scheme that produces sustainable vintage clothing with the mission of bringing younger minds into the fashion industry.
