Vocational Pathways Administration Assistant
Fixed Term –TERM TIME ONLY
Tuesday to Friday 7.45am to 2.15pm
We have a wonderful opportunity at Waitakere College for a Vocational Pathways Team Administration Assistant.

Our staff work with a number of Industry sectors and Tertiary providers to help students gain the relevant knowledge that can help them achieve their desired goals for their future studies and employment.
For this role you will have a track record of achieving targets with proven experience in delivering a high level of service as an administrator.
Key attributes we are looking for include:
A minimum of 3 years administration experience within a team environment
Proven knowledge of MS applications at an advanced level in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher and google docs. Knowledge of KAMAR preferred.
Fast word processing skills at a high level of accuracy skills and good writing skills
Personable with good people skills to work closely with teachers, trade academies, tertiary organisations, workplace assessors, parents and students
Maintain positive working relationships with a strong solutions based ability and a high level of integrity
Flexibility and ability to self-manage, prioritise a busy workload
A clean and full NZ Driver's Licence essential
This is a fixed term position until the end of 2018. The position will then be reviewed for the following year.
